QA3: How do I confirm that the keyboard/mouse is at low battery?
The low battery indicator on the keyboard/the indicator at the bottom of the mouse will flash red when the power is too low, until it is turned off. And problems such as response delaying, keys sticking and cursor drifting may occur when in low battery.
QA4: How do I switch the shortcut keys to multimedia or F1-F12 functions?
This keyboard is in F1-F12 functions by default. The multimedia or other special functions need to be activated by pressing Fn + F1-F12 keys. Or the keyboard has 14 one-click shortcut keys on the top to help you use multimedia functions directly.
QA5: Why do the Num Lock, Caps Lock and power indicator light not always on?
1. Num and Caps Lock indicator lights green ONLY when typing. When you stop typing on keyboard for 5 seconds, the lights will be off for power saving; 2. After installing the batteries, the power indicator will flash red once, then off. It will flash red when out of power.
