2. Why my device can not get charged on this charger pad?
First, check if your phone is compatible with wireless charging. This is the most important one!
And then, check if your phone case is too thick to sense, the thickness of case can not exceed 4 mm. Also, try to move your phone a little bit, it may not sense your device correctly.
Warning: Please DO NOT use it to charge counterfeit Airpods
3. The charging speed is slow/phones can not charged fully?
18W/QC 3.0 Adapter is required for fast charging, but adapter is not included in the package.
